Michael D. Milson
See what I achieved using these techniques:
I started using these methods myself at the end of Mark 2023, as a life long unhealthy eater, consuming way too much sugar, pop, candy, etc., and little to no fruit and vegetables. I was living a sedentary lifestyle and had barely any motivation to change.
With almost a decade of knowledge and experience under my belt, it was time I started following what I teach my clients and be the change I see in them.
Starting at 200lbs toward the end of March 2023, I set about perfecting all of my extensive knowledge in hypnotherapy and weight loss, and put together a program. Following this program, working with my own hypnotherapist, I began to see changes take shape,
As a life long picky and unhealthy eater, it astonished my wife when I started eating more vegetables, chicken, and other foods.
Within a few days of starting to use the techniques I share with my clients on my self, and with the help of my own hypnotherapist, I stopped drinking pop completely and started drinking water. This is something I have wanted to do for years and never been able to until now. Previously drinking a 2L of pop or more per day for many years.
Shortly after that I began eating all kinds of different healthier foods that I had previously never been able to make myself eat, and best of all, I was enjoying them.
A month or so after starting my journey, I began drinking tea, something I had never enjoyed in the past at all, which many found odd being that I am from England, but now I was really enjoying a good cuppa. I focused my efforts, using the techniques I had built into my program, on my sugar consumption next.
Growing up I was at one point putting as much as 10-12 tsp of sugar in hot chocolate, smothering bowls of cereal, and over the years consuming so much chocolate and sugary candy each week it would make most people's heads spin. But, with my newfound motivation and the tools from my program, I no longer put any sugar in hot drinks or on cereal. I have drastically cut down on chocolate and other unhealthy snack foods, and have replaced many things with healthier alternatives.
But I don't deprive myself, I still enjoy the occasional chocolate bar and ice cream, etc., I just do so a little more mindfully than I used to, and instead of wondering why 3 XL KitKat bars are now only empty wrappers within an hour of purchasing, I'm maybe only eating a few pieces and saving the rest for later. Instead of feeling compelled to buy these things multiple times per week, I'm now enjoying them more and only having them once a week or ever couple of weeks.
Best of all, without yet changing my sedentary lifestyle or improving my sleep habits (things I plan to work on), I have already lost almost 20lbs in the first 5 months. Now imagine how much I would have lost if I followed my own program more seriously, did a little exercise, and improved my sleep some.
Imagine how much healthier you will be and how much weight you could lose over the next few months, if you follow my program, experiencing some lasting success even if, like me, you don't yet follow it 100%.

While the investment is significantly higher for this program when done on a 1:1 basis with me, I wanted to offer the program to more people, and doing so in a group setting allows me to offer the same great program at a much lower initial investment.
While everyone is different and I cannot make any guarantees as to how much weight each participant will lose. People who follow this program completely tend to lose up to 7lbs in the first week, and 1-2lbs per week after that, on average.
Each of the 4 sessions lasts for 1 hour. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to each session, so that we can begin right on time and have as much time for the session as possible.
For the privacy of everyone attending, these sessions will not be recorded for public use. I may record the sessions so that I can review and better prepare the content for the next session, and to improve the program in general, but it will be for my eyes only, and not shared with anyone else.
